AI draft does not match the job
Edit the site note with concrete quantities, who approved the change, and what is outside the original quote, then draft again.
PDF or share sheet issue
Preview the customer PDF first, then share again. If it still fails, include iOS version and device model in your email.
Subscription or quota issue
Use Restore Purchases in the plan screen. If the plan still looks wrong, send a support email with the diagnostics from the app.
