SiteTicket AI privacy policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026. This policy explains how SiteTicket AI handles field ticket data, AI drafting, subscriptions, and support feedback.

Tickets stay local

Ticket records, signatures, photos, and generated PDFs are stored on your device unless you choose to share them.

AI needs text processing

When you use AI drafting, the relevant ticket text is sent to the SiteTicket AI backend and AI provider to generate the draft.

Usage is tracked

Subscription status and AI draft usage are checked through the backend so monthly limits can work.

Information you enter

You may enter customer names, project names, addresses, site notes, cost line items, signatures, and photos. This information is used to create field tickets and PDFs inside the app.

Local ticket storage

SiteTicket AI is designed as a device-first app. Ticket records, photos, signatures, and generated PDFs are stored on your device unless you choose to export, copy, email, message, or otherwise share them.

AI drafting

When you tap the AI drafting action, the text needed to generate the draft is sent to the SiteTicket AI backend and an AI service provider. The generated result is returned to the app for your review. You should review all AI-generated text before sharing it with a customer.

Subscription and usage

SiteTicket AI checks subscription status and AI draft usage through the backend so plan access and monthly quotas can work. Apple handles App Store purchases and subscription billing.

Feedback emails

If you use Send Feedback in the app, the email is prefilled with app diagnostics such as app version, build number, iOS version, device model, plan, and backend environment. Ticket content, photos, signatures, and PDFs are not attached automatically.
