Release notes for Ryoma's SiteTicket AI. Built in the open for one-man contractor crews - every release is about making the approval record faster to create and harder to argue with.

1.2 - Approval records you can stand behind

July 13, 2026

This release hardens the part of SiteTicket that matters most in a dispute: the approval record itself.

  • A heads-up before exporting a ticket that has no cost lines - customers approve scope and price together.
  • Timestamps on records now always show AM/PM and time zone, regardless of device settings.
  • The signature block shows the customer's name instead of a generic label.
  • Site evidence photos carry their capture time on the PDF, and the evidence section no longer splits across pages.
  • Phone numbers on the PDF header use standard US formatting.
  • Clearer free plan description on the plans screen.

1.1 - Free plan and a clearer name

July 10, 2026

Every plan now starts with room to try the core workflow before paying anything.

  • 3 free AI drafts every month on the free plan - tickets, signatures, and PDFs stay unlimited.
  • Renamed to 'SiteTicket: Change Order App' so the store listing says what it does.
  • Plans screen rewritten around the jobs each plan covers instead of quota numbers.

1.0 - Initial release

July 9, 2026

The core workflow: rough site note in, signed change order out, before the extra work starts.

  • Write a rough site note and let AI draft clear scope, added work, and approval wording - it never invents prices.
  • Labor and material line items with a running total.
  • Job photos attached as evidence.
  • On-site signature capture, or a record of verbal approval.
  • Customer-ready PDF, copy-ready text message, and invoice note handoff.
  • Core, Plus, and Pro subscriptions billed through the App Store.

Running the current version? The free plan includes 3 AI drafts a month - enough to try the workflow on a real job.
